Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping - Please allow 8-15 business days (average) for other items to arrive in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

For other countries, shipping may take 12-25 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please get in touch with our support team on the Contact Us page or leave a message on the online chat.

How do I obtain my tracking number?

You can expect to receive your tracking number within 2-3 days. Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you haven't received this email, please don't hesitate to contact our support team via the "Contact Us" page or leave a message through our online chat. We're always here to assist you!

I have an issue with my order, what can I do?
